Add package.json #24

Added a package.json file as the first step for being able to include this as a dependency when building plugins.

Have actually been working on a complete refactor of this project.

Submitted a PR here: https://github.com/thomas-lowry/figma-plugin-ds/pull/25

Just need to finalize a couple things and I will publish as a package. I think you will find this a big improvement since there is now a build process.
