TODO: verify pseudocolour_totalinvisible handling #412

Issue #411 showed that pseudocolour_totalinvisible pieces weren't perfectly handled in output/latex/latex.c. We should review the functions there and ensure that such pieces are (now) correctly handled, updating where necessary.

I opened this TODO after submitting my fix to Issue #411.  My point was that my changes eliminated the undefined but I personally had no way of knowing if my fixes were really the correct ones.  If you can take a quick look at the changes I made and say “Yeah, that looks like the correct way to do things” then I’ll be satisfied.
