Make the game more colourblind-accessible #5

In staying true to the original game, the first 2 player colours are red and green, which are probably the worst possible choices given the prevalence of red/green colourblindness.

Should add some way to make the game more accessible. Ideas include:

Alternate colour scheme.
Selectable player colours.
More visual cues than just colour (eg. shape).
