Make it more clear from the documentation, that the CCI is calculated for each row in \<pop_ds>, not each unique value of the id/index_date variables. This is by design to facilitate using the macro on a dataset consisting of multiple sub datasets, possibly with duplicates of id/index_date combinations. We want the output dataset to have the same number or rows as the input dataset. anything else if confusing.
keep_pop_vars argument: Make it more flexible, ie allow for specifying all or a space-separated list of additional variables to keep.
