Dear Sir, can you enable S7 1200 mit einer Firmware < V4.3? or is there a plan about this?

At this time, it's not planned. Before the firmware version which support TLS, Siemens uses a proprietary authentication / integrity algorithm, with some secret keys which makes it difficult to release under an open source license.
