Add grading on Infections #8

Rimworld does not define Severeness of infections. I would like to add some grading system on it, depending on the damage and type of the wound. Cleaniss also is taken in to account.

Minor Infection:

Possible to threat in a day

Major Infection:

Treatable in 5 days.
Can cause implications if badly treated

Extreme Infection:

Treatable in 10 days.
Will cause scars
Has a great change to increase sickness
