Today I installed the V1.6 of Outcall in Windows 7 Ultimate and Office 2010
professional. My contacts are stored on an Exchange 2007 system running windows
server 2003
Everything seems to work perfectly. I already post a issue regarding not being
able to dial from the outlookcontact, because I can't find the buttons for
this, but dialing from the Outcall software works just fine.
Now Outcall records its own call history. It would be nice if this call record
can be done in the Outlook journaling. It would be perfect that when I answer
the telephone the Outlook journal opens, starting the timer and lets me enter
tekst to refer to the call. When the phone is hang up, the timer should stop
and the journal safed, for later reference/use
Can this be a feature for the future?
