Feature suggestion: Dial (and more) from command line #77

Hi,

My feature suggestion is simple (I think) - to expose functions as command line 
options. Personally I think dialing, answering, hanging up and quitting the 
program is enough but perhaps others can add.

This will allow an easy integration of outcall with all sorts of stuff: 
crm/erp/callcenters/etc., personal scripts, any phonebook app, etc.
