[Theme] Add Theme support #13

This is not a priority, we must first work on all the visualization parts such as indicators' list, the chart board, the country comparison etc... After we finish setting the front, we'll have to work on the API data, and then we can think about themes.

Every one is already on the visualization parts, no tasks left. It's just a simple set up doesn't take that much time.
