Design background music #18

This might differ between the menus and the actual game. It should match our graphical line.

Have a look at http://freemusicarchive.org/genre/Electronic/ And find something under the CC-BY or CC-BY-ND licenses. If we want to be able to sell our project on say a marketplace, we don't want a NC license. Unless the music is really good, then we could ask for permission.

Unfortunately, if we're going to want something good, it's probably going to need to be licensed or commissioned.

Do we have any idea what sort of music we might want?
