Clean up the JavaScript component and make it more modular #38

The JavaScript functionality is a bit messy as I wrote it quickly to get it to work and out there, it could do with a lot of cleaning up.

It's cleaned up a little in https://github.com/thomasasfk/sd-webui-aspect-ratio-helper/pull/41 - but could still use more.
