apparently, it doesn't work via "--data-dir" argument #62

Please, please, please fix this. I have installed SD so many times that I lost count and keeping all of my data in one spot makes a fresh install so much more sense. Also perhaps this is related to #55 as there is a sub-tab in the settings tab but the actual extension is missing from the txt2img tab
