If form we should provide efforts and rest days
Indeed, I am talking about the Form score. The Form score should remain stable in the Optimal area when the Fitness and Fatigue can continue to move up and down. So the idea is to have the list of activities that let me in the Optimal area.

It's an Enhancement Request :
As a user, when I read the Fitness Trend I would love to see what are the past efforts (run, ride or swim) that I have to reproduce today in order form me the keep the same Form value (or number).
Let's imagine I am at Form 18.7, I would love to know what are the past effort that I need to reproduce to keep the value unchanged. That might be a 45min footing I just did the week before or 1 hour of home trainer a couple of days ago. With all the activities you have recorded, I'm sure you can propose a list of approaching efforts to keep our Form value unchanged.
