Step 2: Describe your environment

Step 3: Describe the problem:

In the Fitness Trend tab, after update to plugin 6.11.0, there are no Fitness/Form/Fatigue scores for any activity, and no trend information shown in Fitness Trend

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch Elevate
  2. Update to 6.11.0
  3. Clear and Resync all Activities
  4. Click on "Fitness Trend"

Actual Behavior:

No fitness/fatigue/form scores for activities shown

Expected Behavior:

Fitness/fatigue/form scores for activities should be shown (they were before this update)

Providing your Elevate synced athlete activities can be useful to solve the problem

Hi @danieladams . Strange :/

Do you have a backup before migration? Could export your current one too?

How many activities do you have?

Athlete settings are still there?

I don't get what's happened since the last release. On my home machine all my history disappeared and it said I had to resync, because of the switch to only using dated athlete settings. Not managed to do this yet, as I've too many acticivities and it just keeps failing (and stopping Strava working for good measure!). But just opened Elevate on my work machine, and all my activities are there, including a new one from this morning, seems fine.

Also, I tried to restore a backup from a couple of weeks ago, before this upgrade, and it said it couldn't restore as old backups were no longer compatible.

Provide me that old backup. I can make it 6.11.0 compatible

It's OK, I've got a backup off this work computer which seems to have kept working OK throughout the change for some reason!

thomaschampagne commented 5 years ago

So you have 6.11.0 working with your data? I let you close ticket if so.

Thanks

A1Dan75 commented 5 years ago

I do, but it's not my ticket :-)

A1Dan75 commented 5 years ago

Btw, are we any closer to being able to recalculate stress scores and fitness trends without resyncing with Strava? I'd like to add more accurate athlete settings but don't want to spend days gradually resyncing in chunks.
