Hello. Love the app and find that it has worked well tracking my running and cycling. I do strength and hypertropthy workouts several times each week which I track. HR data during heavy sets is highly unrealiable from a tracker. eg, during a recent workout that left me panting, heart racing and wondering if my forearms were still able to handle my shoe laces, my HR barely registered in the triple digits. So, I set perceived exertion in Strava to represent that work. The problem is that Elevate doesn't think these workouts were hard.
Today, I can see from my Resting Heart Rate that I am in danger of overtraining, but Elevate thinks I've been having an easy week.
Would love to see Elevate able to handle those of us who lift heavy and also run/cycle etc.
Thanks!
