I don't know how it works but I'm guessing that it's very stable. This also allows for dropping the external usage of gnupg and just do that in go as well..

I just needed everything to get working quickly and reliably earlier.

With these changes the java base image isnt needed anymore and this plugin can be submitted to the official set of drone-plugins
