HTML5 video recording doesn't seem wokring but need more check #14

I encounter this issue by replacing /dist folder of example-webserver_webview with my own webApp which has video rec feature. It was part of my medium size app so not really sure if it is caused by addon or choc itself (or Edge?) I will make a small example to reproduce this issue and narrow it down.
