Some issues (mostly parity issues with vanilla)

1. Rainbow saplings are not rendered correctly in the item entity.
2. Rainbow logs do not have a "wood variant", like "oak wood" for "oak log".
3. Rainbow logs cannot be stripped with an axe.
4. Rainbow leaves and rainbow saplings cannot be composted.
5. Rainbow leaves are not contained in minecraft:leaves item tag.
6. Rainbow log is not included in minecraft:logs_that_burn item tag.
7. Rainbow sapling is not included in both minecraft:saplings block and item tags.
8. Potted rainbow sapling is not included in minecraft:flower_pots block tag.
