• [x] Add documentation to HelpScout docs

  At launch

• [x] Remove Sugar Modal Windows plugin demo and update original post to reflect that
• [x] Redirect old product posts to new locations and test all products https://github.com/pippinsplugins/theme/issues/2
• [x] Add newly designed add-on featured images to products
• [x] Add excerpts (short) to each product (I don't like relying on the main body and cutting it off)
• [x] Add excerpts (short) to each course (I don't like relying on the main body and cutting it off)
• [x] Regenerate thumbnails at new sizes
• [x] Rename categories as per https://github.com/pippinsplugins/theme/issues/42 and move posts around
• [x] When new theme is active make sure that the correct member levels can access the correct content.

We should ideally take the site offline (show a coming soon page) for however long it takes after switching theme and completely the tasks above. It's going to need a good comb over.
