Category cleanup

Categories need some major love. Now that you don't need to become a member to view free tutorials how about instead of this:

We just have the following as top level categories:

• Free
• Member Only

A tutorial should only ever be Free or Member Only.

And instead of this:

We have these as top levels:

• Tutorials
• Beginner
• Intermediate (already a top level)
• Advanced (there's 2 so we'll need to delete the other top level or merge them)

For a post to appear in the "Learn" section we should assign it to Tutorials, give it a difficulty, and label the access, either Free or Member Only.

Or the other option I see is to keep Tutorials as a top-level, and move the others to it so it becomes:

• Tutorials
  • Beginner
  • Intermediate
  • Advanced
  • Free
  • Member Only

@pippinsplugins which do you prefer? Any objections?

Ok happy with that, they're only really the categories I care about in terms of pulling out tutorials and showing them with labels etc. Would be nice to have a clear structure :+1:
