Homepage #45

@pippinsplugins I restructured the homepage a bit so the order is different, and also chucked Free tutorials back in.

Counts of tutorials etc is now first (the totals might be off a bit until we sort of categories)
Start learning today
Join the site (I think a user is more likely to join after seeing what's being offered)
Latest free tutorials (if they don't want to join they at least see there is free content)
Featured product

Ps I changed the button at the very top from "Join the site" to "Start Learning". I think we should at least show a user the content first and not sound too pushy. Plus there's already join buttons on the homepage. If a user likes the content, we've got the upsells buttons, and a button in the sidebar
