Replace Post Series plugin with Simple Course Creator #65

The Post Series plugin has some major issues. I want to replace it with @sdvais2702's Simple Course Creator plugin: https://github.com/sdavis2702/simple-course-creator

This will involve a few things:

  1. Replacing the current series template file
  2. Re-creating each Series as a Course
  3. Adding 301 redirects from the old series to the new courses
  4. Updating each series part and attaching it to the proper course
