The courses section of the site is powered by the Post Series plugin.

The post type is: wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=series

A proper archive-series.php file should be used for this.

I'm hating on your post series plugin right now... can't even get the archive-series.php to work. It's using index.php rather than mine. Not even falling back to archive.php, any ideas?

If I register my own post type called "series" it works just fine.

It uses a special template file. Check the current sites body tag. If you don't see it, I'll get you a copy in the morning.

So far:

Main Series page

Single series. Will probably move the links into the right side and include a button in the main content area that says "start this series".

Single series post. Will include the other articles in the series on the right hand side for easier navigation between them. Also going to move/style that post series box.

Yeh I didn't like it either, it's just how the Post Series plugin did it. I'd like to revamp it.
