Safe padding fix for sidebar search box #75

Fixed padding cutting off text in the sidebar search box. Changes do not override the search box padding elsewhere, since I wasn't sure how removing it would affect forms in the members-only parts of the site.

@joelyoder Fun fact... I've never seen so much unnecessary padding in my life lol. Good catch and thanks for the PR!
