Build out site registration page

The registration form for RCP needs to be styled: https://pippinsplugins.com/join-the-site/

That entire page will be re-built. I'd like for it to be separated out to include a pricing table for the account levels and then a separate page for registration.

I propose the following permalinks:

/join-the-site /join-the-site/register

The first page will be the pricing table and benefits and the second will be the actual registration form.

Each button links through to the register form with the membership level selected. If /join-the-site/register is accessed somehow without a query sting, the code monkey plan will be selected.
