ZUL file is not found when deploying the war #245

I pack the war file (via the war command), then zul file is not found. (The 
title on the 404) but when running the command run-app it runs through the 
template that generated from the command.

Re-compiled zk-grails-common using JDK 5.

It's a problem of URL format that points to a ZUL file.
