I stumbled over this problem too. To be honest, I'm not quite sure why this happens and what the exact problem is. On another note, for all examples you give, I get the correct word (given by you) as first result.
So sadly, I don't have a solution yet.

Is there is a way to make spanish transaltion more accurate to Spanish language so its similar to what shows up in Google Translate page. For example I translate several words like Home (casa), Face (cara), Head (cabeza), Eye (ojo). If you notice Google translates everything correctly but in Albert List it shows up in the second place and this happens for many basic spanish translated words.
