Migrate off of MineDojo #5

Since MineDojo is no longer supported, moving to MineRL (which MineDojo uses anyway) seems like a much better choice.

There really isn't a reason not to do this since we will have to change some of MineDojo if we want to use it anyway.

I don't know if MineRL also has this issue but MineDojo seems to have weird behavior with starting and stopping.
