Hide the "mean" settings that aren't implemented yet - BUG FIX.
Display the "skipframes" settings that are missing - BUG FIX.
Add some future settings, but hide them.
Add "camera-specific" minimum and maximum values.
Move "gaintransitiontime" to "both day and night" settings where it belongs

The current camera_options_ZWO.json file displays the "Mean Brightness" settings which only work (for now) with RPiHQ cameras. This confuses people. It also doesn't display a couple settings that ARE supported by capture.cpp.
