Added title attribute with timestamp to image thumbnails + fix typo #15

In order to be able to find the correct image from the huge image list I've added a Title attribute. The timestamp from the filename will be parsed and added as human-readably string. This way the mouse-over will display the date and time the image is captured.

Also there was a small typo in the settings page for the RPiHQ camera
