latest upgrade #98

I did the latest upgrade and not my local web gui is not working. published website is working fine. no errors in the allsky.log or error.log. any suggestions?

@maserowik Mike, is this the same as this Issue on the Allsky page?

UPDATE: I found the bug that's causing the lighttpd errors. Thanks for pointing it out.
