I'm trying to make the keybinding for latex work. The Key Binding Resolver displays no conflict, but 'ctrl-alt-b' does not show as active.

I enabled Keybindings in Settings.

Opening a .tex file and running LaTeX:Build via ctrl-shift-p compiles as normal, but the keybinding does nothing.

I've no idea how i solved it. But after an unknown number of restarts it started working.
