Move automatic YouTube, Vimeo and Instagram URL detection into websites plugin #46

The websites plugin should be renamed to 'titles' (or similar) and should take charge of getting the title of any useful URL.

The youtube, vimeo and instagram plugins should provide detailed videos when invoked manually.
