Feature request: allow adding a new book ONLY to custom shelf

Problem: I'd like to bulk scan a number of books, and add all of those to 
specific shelf ONLY, without adding it to the usual read/to-read/reading trio. 
As of version 1.4, I can only add it to one of read/to-read/reading PLUS to 
zero or more custom shelves. If I make a "exclusive" shelf, and add it there, 
it kind of works - but upon removing this book from exclusive shelf, it jumps 
to whatever shelf I've scanned it to, in addition to that exclusive one.

To clarify: looks like iPhone client does exactly this: allows you to add a 
book to one of exclusive shelves, plus zero or more non-exclusive ones. By 
default each GR account has 3 exclusive shelves (r/t-r/r), user can add new 
ones. To fix this bug, you'd need to make sure all custom exclusive shelves 
have a radio button next to them, not a checkbox.

The ability to add custom exclusive shelves is recent feature added to 
Goodreads, and I haven't had a chance to implement it in my app.  I'll put this 
in the queue of features to add.
