Tab management options #44

Specifically, "close other tabs" on right-click, but rearranging would be nice too.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I guess a "close other tabs" option can be useful, and probably not very hard to implement. Rearranging the tabs is probably not as easy, but definitely useful.
