LSIUtil v1.62 is missing the lsiutil.efi binary #2

LSIUtil v1.62 binary is missing lsiutil.efi. In its place is a file, "lsiutil.txt" that says that lisutil.efi was quarantined by Microsoft Forfront Protection for SharePoint. Attached is a complete archive of v1.62
