Opening an Android app with the action Button

Hi , I was trying to use a Reolink doorbell and a tablet with Browser mod to get a fullcreen of the camera when a visitor is at the door and to have two Buttons one to open the door and one to open the Reolink app so i could talk to the Visitor if needed.

I accomplished to open the app with a notification but not with Brwoser mod. This is what i tried:
