Bootstrap Icons #41

Hey @thomasloven,

I blatantly ripped your code to create a component for Bootstrap's Icon set (wanted to get something going for my home): https://github.com/scottgearyau/hass-bootstrap-icons

Wondering if you'd like to "reclaim" it, or perhaps expand on the "hass-fontawesome" to include these (as it'd just require an extra dep an a few lines of code)... however the name of the repo would no longer make sense :).

Hi. Sorry I missed this until you closed it. "Add more icon sets" is on my todo list for the future, and I may consider the bootstrap set for then. Thanks for the tip!
