Add instructions for Font Awesome Pro #8

This PR adds instructions on how to build with fontawesome-pro. I've added a patch with the changes needed. You might want to move some stuff from the patch to the repo itself if you could add a command line switch or something to switch between pro and free.

I'll take a look at merging the processes, but the patch will work for now.
