Custom element doesnt exist only on certain situations #410

its a bit messy, cant pinpoint the problem honestly.

i have the card working fine on my macbook chrome main profile, showing the entities, all good. the problem is on my wall tablets , i started testing and even on my macbook, if i open a guest profile on chrome, im getting the same error, it wont display the card, but on the main profile, no problem.

hardware macbook pro running chrome redmi pad running miui14 and wallpanel to display HA dashboard surface pro running windows kiosk mode with Edge

tried loggin in from the same user btw on all devices, still same.

Just in case - try clearing a cache on all devices.

yes been trying that it helped for a moment, then after a refresh got screwed again i then uninstalled wallpanel completely, reinstalled, and now its working, thing is i dont know for how long :/ on the surface pro i could not get it to work on the Edge kiosk, so im trying chrome kiosk, which is hardly a kiosk but works for now its all very random and weird, works for a moment, stops for the next why is it behaving like that ?

A usual suggestion is: try on a freshly installed setup w/o any additional plugins - only HA & auto-entities.
