My lovelace configuration method (GUI or yaml):

What I am doing:
Using the Webpage UI normally.
What I expected to happen:
Reasonably fast performance when clicking on cards or switching dashboards.
What happened instead:
UI Performance is abysmally slow using Firefox and card-mod (I strongly believe that card-mod causes the lag).
This issue affects the entire UI, not just cards.
Reloading the Webpage makes it responsive again. After some time (especially after switching tabs or focus to other applications) the UI is unresponsive for 10–30 seconds.
Minimal steps to reproduce:
Firefox and HA with the corresponding versions and card-mod utilized in "some form".
Error messages from the browser console:
This is a screenshot of the profiler with the ha thread highlighted around the point it becomes responsive again.
If needed, I could provide the entire profiler file.
