Horizontal Stack not working anymore with the new HA Update 2022.3.2

My Home Assistant version: 2022.3.3

Layout-card version (FROM BROWSER CONSOLE): LAYOUT-CARD 2.4.1 IS INSTALLED

What I am doing: Visualize Dashboard Which Contains Layout-Card

What I expected to happen: See the dashboard and work properly

What happened instead: I get the error Custom element doesn't exist: horizontal-layout

Minimal steps to reproduce:

Install the latest home assistant update and go to a dashboard which contains Layout-Card

With the new update of HA (2022.3.3), the problem appear again...

I've done alot of things and I don't know which one "repaired" the problem... I went back to previous HA versions, I have reinstalled layout-card, deleted browser cache, removed/readded the module manually... few other minor changes, and now it is working again, but I don't know which one solved the issue.... So, all good with this.

The only issue I have now with the addon, is about case #185
