when using the state-switch card with the hash option, it doesn't change its state when using the browsers back button or when using the back button of a mobile device.

I tried with Firefox 75.0 and Opera 67.0.3575.137, also with the HA App and Chrome on my Samsung mobile.
Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn't work.
On the mobile the correct card is shown after changing the orientation. So pressing the back button, the wrong card is shown first, and when rotating the mobile, the right card is shown afterwards.
