Locations map??

Hi!!! So I'm getting messages asking where our products are. Although its great to be able to click on a product and see where it is located, a map with all the store locations would be awesome and very helpful for customers. We also have a few new locations that I was hoping you could enter for me please :)

These closed so we need to remove them

I'm splitting this into two separate issues because I can add the store locations separately much quicker than the map. Leaving this issue open to add a view with all the stores location and create a new issue to add the stores here: https://github.com/thomasmarkiewicz/calma/issues/14

@Angelazielinski - I added a store list so that users can see all the stores. Clicking on the store takes them to google maps where they can get directions.

If you want to show the actual map on your website, we'll need to obtain a Google Maps API key. For that you will need to create an account and give Google your credit card number. I need to verify, but I believe it is actually FREE up to some fairly high limit which you are unlikely to hit, but they want the CC number so they can charge your in case you go over that limit (number of map views per month)
