Hi @soap117, the two files can be generated when you use the function concat_data from https://github.com/thomasnguyen92/MIMIC-IV-ICD-data-processing/blob/master/notebooks/data_mimic_IV_concat_note_label.py For note_labels_icd_10_filtered, you can check the line 106 in the file while for note_labels_icd9_filtered, you can change argument to the corresponding n icd_9
