Possible missing files

Hello everyone! I tested the authors code and it looks like certain files (constants, evaluation, learn, persistence) are missing. Dear authors, can you please take a look on this problem?

Any chance this issue can be picked up? I now cannot run the code and as such cannot use the proposed benchmark from your paper. Thanks!

@harmbuisman I found out that this repo is a copy of this repo. Funny that this author don't copy all of the dependencies.
