Chore/replace spectron with playwright

• spectron fails to launch with electron@29, last electron version supported is 19

• spectron is deprecated and the general recommendation is to use playwright

• [x] replace deprecated spectron with playwright

• [x] fix ui-test script

• [x] Initial attempt to rework how topics are expanded in tests, more work is needed here

  • [x] Parent node must be expanded before subtopic can be clicked
  • Logic does not work when nodes have same name
  • Two scenarios have been disabled for now

• [x] leak test is broken for now, not sure it was working before either since heapdump dependency is missing
