Error in HA log some time after HA core 2024.4.1

MQTT Explorer add-on Current version: browser-1.0.3

Client error on /addons/9cf1ea8f_mqtt_explorer/changelog request 0, message='Attempt to decode JSON with unexpected mimetype: application/octet-stream', url=URL('http://172.30.32.2/addons/9cf1ea8f_mqtt_explorer/changelog')

I'm having the same issue out of no where. Any idea how to fix it? I'm still using HA Core 2024.3.4

I don't have a solution. There doesn't seem to be much (any?) activity on this repo. It may be abandoned
