Note needed explaining to use './deal' rather than 'deal' if . isn't in path #3

In the Unix documentation, it tells the user to run deal with the 'deal'
command, but if the PATH variable does not include '.', then that's
incorrect, and actually comes up with a confusing error message on Ubuntu
about the package not being installed.
