Ship .desktop files #46

This provides launchers for Free42 in most Unix-style desktop environments, when the files are installed in the appropriate locations.

Should I document where the icon and desktop files should be installed?

The .desktop file is not included in the Linux packages I create, but the README file mentions what it should look like and where to put it. I think adding an actual .desktop file is something that should be left to distribution-specific rpm/deb/etc. packages.
